Human Movement Expert & Trainee Osteopath

Drawing from nearly two decades of experience and my personal journey through pain, I developed The Gravity Technique. This isn’t just another therapy method; it’s a personalised movement system designed to unlock your body’s natural healing potential.

The Gravity Technique goes beyond the cookie-cutter approach to pain relief. It’s built on the understanding that each body is unique, with its own specific needs and patterns. By focusing on intelligent, tailored movement, we work to restore your body’s natural balance and free you from pain—often in as few as 1-6 sessions.

Now, as I pursue my degree in Osteopathy, I’m integrating new techniques and deeper anatomical understanding into my practice, offering an even more comprehensive approach to pain relief and mobility restoration.

What to Expect in Your Session

Your 45-minute Soft Tissue Session combines the best of my established Gravity Technique with new osteopathic approaches for a comprehensive treatment experience.

Comprehensive Movement Assessment

Unlike standardized treatments that treat only symptoms, we begin with a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of your pain and stiffness. By observing how you move and analyzing compensatory patterns that may have developed over time, we can target treatment to the actual source of your discomfort—not just where you feel pain. This assessment often reveals connections between seemingly unrelated issues, allowing for more effective, holistic treatment.

Hands-On Treatment

Experience a deeply relaxing yet therapeutic session combining soft tissue massage, postural realignment, and osteopathic techniques. This integrative approach works with your body's natural healing mechanisms to: Release tension in connective tissues (fascia) Improve joint mobility and function Enhance circulation to promote healing Reset compensatory movement patterns Reduce inflammation and pain signals My techniques are gentle yet effective, focusing on creating lasting change rather than temporary relief.

Personalized Movement Strategies

Leave with practical, easy-to-implement tools designed specifically for your body and lifestyle. These aren't generic exercises from a handout—they're customized movement strategies that: Reinforce the hands-on treatment Prevent recurrence of pain patterns Fit seamlessly into your daily routine Empower you to manage your own health Build progressive improvement over time The goal isn't just pain relief today, but teaching your body how to maintain that relief tomorrow and beyond.

What can I expect from my session?

Your session will begin with a comprehensive movement assessment to identify any underlying issues affecting your posture, mobility, or pain levels. This is followed by hands-on osteopathic treatment, incorporating soft tissue work, postural realignment, and fascial techniques. You'll also receive personalized movement strategies to help maintain and build on the progress made during the session.

What should I wear to my session?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best. Leggings, shorts, or joggers with a flexible top allow for easy movement and assessment. If necessary, you may be asked to remove certain layers for a more effective evaluation, but your comfort and privacy will always be respected.

Why is The Gravity Technique different?

Unlike traditional osteopathy, which often focuses on symptom relief, The Gravity Technique goes deeper—addressing the root cause of movement issues. By integrating osteopathic principles, fascia-focused therapy, and biomechanics, we don't just treat pain; we help you restore function and prevent recurrence. The approach is science-backed yet holistic, providing long-term solutions rather than just temporary relief.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes! I recommend parking on the single yellow line on The Rise, HP7 9AG, which is just a 5-minute walk from the clinic. The clinic itself is located between The Cake Box and Veg 4U, directly opposite Amersham Tube station.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on your condition and goals. Some people experience significant improvement after just one session, while others may benefit from a short course of treatment. The goal is to equip you with the tools and knowledge to manage and maintain your progress independently.

Do you accept insurance or payment plans?

At the moment, I do not process direct insurance claims. If you need a payment plan for ongoing sessions, feel free to reach out and we can discuss options.
