CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Introduction
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services provided by Carolyn Hitchcock (https://carolynhitchcock.co.uk/). By booking or purchasing any of my services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Membership for Weekly Online Classes
Subscription Terms
- Membership for my weekly online classes is offered on a subscription basis, with payments processed monthly.
- You can cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fees.
- To cancel, please email me at hello@carolynhitchcock.co.uk with the subject line “Membership Cancellation” at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
Refund Policy for Memberships
- Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
- If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the weekly online classes, videos library and the community until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a membership month.
One-to-One Sessions
Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms
- You may reschedule a one-to-one session at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur an administrative fee of £25.
- To reschedule a session, please email hello@carolynhitchcock.co.uk or use the booking system on my website.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late for your scheduled one-to-one session, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
- Full payment is required regardless of arrival time.
No-Shows
- If you fail to attend a scheduled one-to-one session without any prior notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
In-Person Workshops
Registration & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place in an in-person workshop.
- Workshop spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy for Workshops
- Workshop fees are non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances, at my sole discretion, I may:
- Allow you to transfer your registration to another person
- Offer a credit toward a future workshop (validity period will be specified)
- Allow you to transfer to another scheduled workshop date, if available
Workshop Cancellation by Carolyn Hitchcock
- In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a workshop, all participants will be offered either:
- A full refund of the workshop fee, or
- The option to transfer to another workshop date, if available
- I am not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by workshop participants in case of cancellation.
Force Majeure
I will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing my obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond my reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, pandemic, epidemic or other natural disaster, or any other event beyond my control.
Changes to Services
I reserve the right to make changes to the format, content, time, date or venue of services, in which case I will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes.
Special Circumstances
I understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you experience a serious illness, injury, or emergency that prevents you from attending a booked service, please contact me as soon as possible. I will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Methods
I accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).
